Music Ministry
The Music Ministry at Grace Church of the Valley is committed to helping the local church magnify God by singing songs that are biblically informed and centered on who God is and what he has done. The music at GCV is also geared to help people ready their hearts to hear the Word of God preached.
Worship Team
The Worship Team at Grace Church of the Valley seeks to "magnify the greatness of God in Jesus Chist through the power of the Holy Spirit by skillfully combining God's Word with music, thereby motivating the gathered church to proclaim the gospel, to cherish God's presence, and to live for God's glory." (Bob Kauflin, Worship Matters). As the local church gathers together, it is the aim of the GCV Worship Team to lead worship that encourages all ages to participate in congregational singing. The GCV Worship Team practices weekly and meets monthly to sing, pray, and grow together as a team.
Sound Team
The Sound Team at Grace Church of the Valley is committed to helping the gathered church worship God through singing, meeting, praying, and hearing the Word of God preached. There are a number of different responsibilities from running sound, lights, videos, photography, to managing the slides that lead people through a worship service. The Sound Team practices weekly with the Worship Team and meets monthly with the Worship Team as well to sing, pray, and grow together as a team.
Other Opportunities
There are many places music is needed at GCV. Whether it is for Student Ministries, Children’s Ministry, or Spanish Ministries, there is always a need at Grace for more musicians and worship leaders to rise up and lead.

Welcome Teams
The Welcome Teams seek to greet and serve everyone who comes to the worship service at Grace Church of the Valley.
Greeters
We need people to join the team that greets people and hands out bulletins as they enter the worship service.
Sunday Refreshment Team
We need people to join the team that prepares the coffee and cookies for the church body after the worship service.
Communion Prep Team
We need people to join the team that prepares the communion elements on the second and fourth Sundays of each month.

The ushers’ purpose is to help the people of GCV fulfill our mission statement to glorify God by helping us exalt the Savior by providing safe and easy access to a worship environment that allows our church body to magnify the greatness of God for who he is and what he has done.

Facilities
The facilities team works to excellently steward the property God has given us to encourage worship and service by helping provide and maintain a clean and safe space so people can worship free of distraction.
