It is our joy to announce that beginning May 31, Grace Church of the Valley (GCV) will hold two identical worship services on Sundays (8:30–9:30 am and 10:30–11:30 am) in order to reduce the capacity and maintain social distancing. There will be no nurseries or children’s programs available at this time. Livestream of both services will be available for those who are unable to attend in person. For more information go to graceofthevalley.org/gather.

Tune in on Wednesday nights at 6:30 pm as Pastor David teaches a class on God’s wisdom and how to apply it to our own hearts as well as sharing it with the panicked and hurting world around us. For information on how to attend the class on Wednesday, go to graceofthevalley.org/helping-people.

200514-SEEDS-video-16x9
Every Friday, Pastor David will be uploading a recorded video of a Seeds lesson to graceofthevalley.org/seeds. Parents, we’d love for this lesson to be a resource to you, whether you watch it on Sunday in addition to the Livestream service or at another time that works well for your family. On the webpage we have provided links to the activity sheets that go with each lesson for you to print and use at home.

Announcements

Online Giving
There are two ways to give even while we are unable to gather. You can give online at graceofthevalley.org/giving or send gifts in the mail to: Grace Church of the Valley 1101 Marion Street, Kingsburg, CA 93631.

Summerfest Postponed
Because of our desire to make Summerfest primarily about outreach as well as the practical challenges involved in planning during this uncertain time, we've decided to postpone Summerfest until later this year, most likely in the fall. We haven't chosen a new date, but we'll be sure to announce our new dates with plenty of warning so you can invite, sign up to serve, and plan to make this year's Summerfest the most valuable and useful ministry it can be.

Ministry during COVID-19
Please continue to visit our website, graceofthevalley.org, and our News page, graceofthevalley.org/news, for the most updated information on ministries and resources. For information on specific ministries, please contact the ministry leader for how you can get involved during COVID-19.

Member Care
If you or a member you know has a practical need or prayer request, please be sure to communicate with emma@graceofthevalley.org so our elders and deacons can care for you.

Office Hours
The church office is currently closed. If you need to get in touch with someone in our office, you can call (559) 897-8788 and we will call you back or email info@graceofthevalley.org.
