Romans 6:17-18
17 But thanks be to God, that you who were once slaves of sin have become obedient from the heart to the standard of teaching to which you were committed, 18 and, having been set free from sin, have become slaves of righteousness.
Romans 7:25
25 Thanks be to God through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, I myself serve the law of God with my mind, but with my flesh I serve the law of sin.
Summary
As Christians, we are thankful for a God who meets our needs and offers us joy and purpose in our lives. We must also think deeply about God's ultimate gift to us: salvation from our sins.
